1 cup of pineapple
1 cup of mango
½ banana
½ cup of strawberry
½ cup almond milk
½ cup of ice
Optional: chocolate or vanilla protein powder.

Blend all the ingredients together. Add a banana slice or Pineapple for garnish.

Strawberry Pomegranate Greens ft. SPRUCE®

1 cup of strawberries
½ cup of coconut water
¼ cup of pomegranate

Blend all together and add some pomegranate for garnish.

1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 peeled cucumber

Directions:
Chop all vegetables. Place all ingredients in blender leaving some avocado and cucumber for garnish. Blend until ingredients are mixed but consistency is slightly chunky. Pour into bowl and top with garnish.

Perfect Parfait ft. SPRUCE®

1 Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 EBOOST® SPRUCE® packet
¼ cup of granola
¼ cup of chia seeds
¼ cup blueberry
¼ cup coconut flakes
¼ cup semi sweet dark chocolate chips
Drizzle of raw honey

Mix the Greek yogurt with SPRUCE in a bowl, add the granola, chia seeds, blueberry, coconut flakes and chocolate chips on top. Add a drizzle of raw honey.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Greens ft. SPRUCE®

1 vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup of mixed berries
½ banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
½ cup almond milk
½ cup of ice

Blend all the ingredients together. Add some berries for garnish.

1 cup of mangoes
1-tablespoon of chia seeds
½ cup coconut cream or milk
½ banana
½ cup ice cubes
1-tablespoon coconut butter

Blend all together and add a few mango pieces or coconut flakes for garnish.

½ average avocado
¼ cup coconut cream or milk (or almond milk)
¼ cup mint
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 vanilla bean
½ cup of water or coconut water
Some ice cubes

Blend all together and add a few mint leafs for garnish.
